Dave, great drill. Tried it this morning. Works really well if you’re
striving for a nice smooth swing and not trying to kill the ball. The
stable lower body is wonderful. Thanks for the tip.

doesn’t forearm rotation depend a lot on how strong a grip you use? a
neutral grip gives less opportunity for range of motion to supinate the
left forearm at impact and rotate the clubhead. A stronger grip would seem
to provide more opportunity to rotate the forearm.
